Two new incidences of bedbug infestation. Apartment on 7th floor week of March 5 (this apt. has been sprayed twice before); apartment on 14th floor week of March 12. Both residents moved out after discovering bites.

Started getting bit in mid-September. Notified apartment manager and weeks later treatments began. So far, three unsuccessful treatments have been made and the manager is billing me $900 + for the treatments. Unfair and I still have bedbugs. I'm moving.

I found bed bugs in my apt, on my bed, and I have washed all my cloths and belongings. The management is not taking this very seriously. They did hire an exterminator, but then after the fact are trying to charge me for the service. The bugs are not gone. None of the neighbors have been inspected or notified. This apt building is managed by Inter-West.

There have been numerous reports from residents on various floors whose apartments have been sprayed for bedbugs. After three weeks they are spraying again. People on edge. Residents miserable. Management has sprayed the furniture in the lobby area and is vacuuming the halls on a more regular basis. A second letter alerting residents to this scourge has been taped to each apartment door. There seems to be no end to this unfortunate situation. Potential residents do not seem to be informed of the infestation.

Room Number: A one-bedroom apartment on 8th floor--don't have #.
Pest control called. Tenant said they sprayed once and were coming back to spray again. They came back and took away her mattress. She has been sleeping in the living room and has been very upset. On Sept. 10 all building tenants found bedbug warning letter taped to their doors. Letter included instructions to report bedbugs if found in their units and some precautions.

when moved in last june the furniture in the room was infested. Told the manager and it took 3 months before they tried steaming around the walls in a few rooms. the steam was not hot emough. you could hold the steamer up to your hand with no problem of injury. The bedbugs calmed down because it got colder. No heat source for the house except portable electric radiator heaters he supplied for each bedroom. Now that it is warming up they are back and the landlord does not care. There is also mold to the point of residents getting mold lesions and breathing problems.Last inspection the landlord had 22 infractions.

I was reading in bed at about 5:00 in the morning and noticed a very fat bed bug crawling across the white sheets. I have inspected the room for other evidence of bed bugs but not found any. The bug obviously must have feasted on me last night as it is full of blood but I cannot find the mark on me. I will be reporting the incident to management this morning and requesting a different room.

One night stay, woke up 50+ bites on upper body. Did not see or look for bed bugs prior or after. Did notify hotel of suspicion. Spoke with doctor's office told to monitor for additional outbreaks and secondary infection from scratching. Hoping I do not bring any in to my home!
