01/31/12 Arrival: I stay in lots of hotels during the week but after staying one night at HIE the next day I had a very itchy red insect bite like marks on my back. I did not go to a DR because each day the itching was getting a little better and redness of the bites getting smaller. I don't want to bad mouth the hotel but would like to know if anyone else had the same experience.

I brought home bedbugs last may and was a nightmare.i ended up throwing out everything i owned even after 3 treatments out of fustration and relocated.at the time i didnt know where they came from.i stayed at the two tree hotel in foxwoods may 8 well to my surprise it happened again.we stayed at the two tree inn again jan 17 for a birthday celabration once again my home was inspected today and we have bedbugs again.i dont know what to do next.i will never be returning to foxwoods again.is there anything legally i can do to hold them responseable?

Please respond to this report of bed bug bites that I received at your hotel. I stayed 2 nights and checked out on 1/12/12. I noticed the red itchy bites upon my return home. They are on my arm, neck and a few on my face, very disturbing.

Our company ids supposed to return o the area twice in December and will not consider staying at the Hyatt after this incidence. 200.00 for a room for this?

i stayed in this hotel for a month. one night i woke up and found a bug crawling on the bed, it was definately a bedbug. this place also has cockroaches, my boyfriend and i saw three of them while staying at the branford motel.

all over the place, the room smells like crap and there is blood everywhere spots of it if you look around also burns in all sheets, i sat down for 10 min and was alredy getting bit up STAY AWAYYY FROM THERE FULL OF PROSTITUTES all night i was hearing them bargaining and stuff

I stayed at this hotel on 10/26-10/27/11 I woke up with several bed bug bites on my body, approximately 15 bites. They have been red, swollen and itchy. Please do not stay at this hotel. The management wouldn't even reimburse me for my stay, and I even showed them some of my bites!

Bad Bad bug problems....don't move her or even risk a visit. The whole bottom and third floors have them and with only one point of "egress" and one shared dumpster for over 300 people they are sure to find a way to every apartment soon. The worst part is management hasn't said a word to their tennants about it. You see and hear it from your neighbors, not to mention the shanty looking exterminator (litterly a Guy in a 20yr plus Ford truck a home decal on the side oh and did I mention he's from Boston? probably looking for the best deal) anyway I wish they would at least tell the parents of the children's center..as the bugs reside Not even feet away from it!!!!

When we checked into the hotel, I did an initial bed bug inspection. I removed the comforter and checked under the mattress pad, the mattress itself etc.. Everything seemed to check out and I saw no evidence of bed bugs. Upon returning to our room later that night I saw a bed bug crawling on the pillow case. At that point we called the manager up. She came to our room, saw the bug, threw it in the toilet and suggested we stay in another room. While she left to get the key to another room another bug crawled onto the bed. The manager claimed that the exterminator is there on a monthly basis but could not tell me what kind of process they use to get rid of the bed bugs as common extermination methods do not work to eradicate a bed bug problem. If you find these bugs in one room, oftentimes there is infestation in many if not all the rooms in the hotel. At that point we decided not to stay in the hotel and asked for a refund.

I wante to spend my honeymoon near the beach, so we booked 2 nights there. We booked the room, left our luggage in the car, went to Jimmies to eat. When I was dozing off to sleep I felt something, I opened my eyes and bugs were scurrying across the pillow. My husband squeezed them and they all had blood in them. On my first night of marriage I had to stay outside waiting for the manager until after midnight because I insisted that they reimburse me my room.
