Stayed for just one night with my girlfriend. When we woke up I went to the bathroom and came to get back in bed, as I adjusted my pillow I noticed some bugs. I pulled the pillow off the bed and noticed more. I got her out of bed and there were probably 8-12 bugs in the bed underneath our sheets. She got bit pretty bad on the neck, face and lower back. We told the front desk as were checking out and they told us they would call us after checking it out. When they called they said no bed bugs were found. It was messed up.

I am up here in Virginia working and every night before I go to bed I fill something crawling on me. Tha 3 day of being at this motel I found one and brought it up to management and they did nothing so I took it upon myself to report it. The way I see it, if you own a motel you should take care of your pest problem. Also we've had problems with spiders too. So please, do something about this so no one else will have to go through sleepless nights like I have been. Thank you so much. Allen.

We found a bug crawl across the pillow, so we pulled out the bed and there was multiple behind the bed and on the wall. Went to a different room and it also had bed bugs.. Don't go here!!!

stayed 9/11/11 - 9/18/11 - when my wife & I arrived home early 9/19/11 & woke up approx 9 a.m., she had 2 large, itchy red welts on her neck. By the afternoon, the same appeared on her left arm. They continued to appear for weeks, even after she went to her physican & a dermatologist 3 times. The bugs starting appearing in our bed 12/11 AND we noticed blood spots. You can't imagine the emotional trauma our family went through & the emotional AND physical trauma my wife went through. We had the house treated 1/6/12 to the tune of $805 & $350 for 2 protective mattress sets. The guest rm & our college grandson's rm were ok. Our BR & our 23 yr old granddaughter & our 18 month old great-grandson experienced bits, too. The both of them "hangs" out on our bed so all we can think of is the transferrence of bugs. Their BR is ok & our BR has a few bugs each night. The pest control will return this Fri, & retreat our BR for free if the bugs continue. We never thought about taking pictures. We thought my wife had a food allergy because we went to Williamsburg, VA 9/16/11 & she ate raw seaweed, sea tuna & wasabi sauce. She also cried out when she slapped her neck when we arrived at Williamsburg. We thought it was an outside bug but it HAD to have been a bed bug.

BEWARE – Bed bugs - Moved out after 4 months!

2 weeks after moving in, my roommates and I started to get bit. Had to go to the doctor with bites all over my body and was prescribed medication to help with the itching and reaction I was having. After a close inspection of my bed, I found a bed bug on my box springs. We took the bug in a Ziploc bag to the office and reported bed bugs immediately. The weekly sprayings started (the landlord covered this expense), but despite the fact that we washed all our clothes every Tuesday and packed them into plastic bags, moved all our furniture into the middle of the rooms on Wednesday so that pest control could spray, vacated our apartment for 4 hours after each spraying and then moved all the furniture back and unpacked our clothes again, 6 weeks later the infestation was not cleared and was only getting worse. We discovered that our apartment and the one next door had been treated for bedbugs while the previous tenants were there. The management then agreed that the whole apartment block should be treated, although we are not sure that this ever happened. 6 weeks later, after we were told that no bugs were found in our apartment although we continued to be bit and see bugs ourselves, we moved out. We were able to break our lease without penalty, although we still suffered both emotionally and financially. Waking up to find bugs crawling and feeding on us resulted in insomnia, emotional distress, and has affected our semester grades. We have moved to a new apartment, having taken most of our possessions – beds, bedding, furniture, etc. to the dump. We now have to purchase and replace everything and hope that we were able to pull off a ‘clean’ move and not take any bed bugs with us.

Although the landlord provided pest control weekly, what was done was totally ineffective. Until this situation is corrected, I would advise anyone looking for an apartment to stay clear of Cloverleaf Point and Village apartments.

I was bitten by bed bugs 3 days after I moved into my apartment. The leasing management sent out an exterminator the same day, only after we insisted they come out same day. The only way our complex compensated us was to pay our $250 laundry bill. Not offer a month of no rent or anything. We asked if they had reports of bed bugs in the complex and the property manager told us we were the first ones. I doubt that since the pest control seem to know his way around very well.

Thanks for the bed bugs and not thinking it was a big deal Equity!!

I always check bedding in hotels before getting in. Found pinhead red bug touched it and it died. Looked along mattress and box spring and found a larger(adult)?bug crawling along. Then collected one in a cup and brought it to office and checked out after a 5 minute stay. Got back in car and continued driving straight though to FL arrived home and washed all clothes before taking into house and bug sprayed luggage. What a nightmare!
