I have personally witnessed and retained a photo of approximately 30 Hot Shot brand Bedbug & Flea Foggers in the dumpster behind the complex. I do not know if one or both was the problem. I do not know whether management or tenant(s) took action. I do not know which unit(s) were impacted, except my own was not. It is even possible they were discarded here from use somewhere offsite. Any prospective tenant should weigh this information carefully before deciding to sign a lease.

Woke up and saw a bug on my sheet next to me. Just out of curiosity, I googled bed bugs to see what they look like. Sure enough, that's what it was. I left my poor friend sleeping in her bed while a went and boiled myself in the shower. When she woke up, we moved the mattresses and they were INFESTED!!!

I always check the rooms/beds we sleep in because I've heard stories about hotels having bedbugs, we were put in room 102, I was in the restroom changing my clothes for the night when I looked on the wall under the sink. I saw a bug but it wasn't moving. I picked it up with a piece of toilet paper, looked at it and sure enough it was a bedbug. I call the front desk and asked her if the hotel had a problem with bed bugs. She said no, and offered to switch my kids and I to another room, I inspected the beds, pillows and walls in here, so far so good but I'm still very nervous

We stayed one night in the Ayres Hotel and Spa in Mission Viejo, CA. Overall, we liked the hotel. However, in the morning, my wife had two welts on her torso that were not present when she went to bed. The welts appear to be bedbug bites. We called the reception desk at the hotel and reported the suspected bedbug problem.

Have had bed bugs for months! Did not follow pest control follow up instructions to prevent infestation. Still do not have proper bed covers. Keep renting cabins to use guests as bed bug checkers for them.

I stayed at the hotel 4 nights. After the first night, I saw some small brownish stains on the pillows. I thought I had scratched myself while sleeping. The following day, I woke up and actually saw a bed bug walking away from my pillow. I placed it on a paper, folded the paper and pressed it. The bug was full with my blood. I saw the fresh blood stain on the pillow also. I showed to the front desk the paper with the dead bed bug and blood stains. He didn't deny it but said it was crazy because he had layers of covers on the bed and the pillows. He immediately switched me to another room (404), and there was no bed bug there, thankfully.
