Several tenants complaining to management about bedbugs in one unit which subsequently began spreading to others. More than two months later, management still refuses to treat the problem, and it is getting worse.

We came home and our daughters were covered in bedbug bites. We put our bag outside and millions of the things climbed out. Unfortunately we had already brought bags into our house. I am absolutely sick.

STAYED AT SHILO MANY TIMES BEFORE BUT LAST VISIT ON JAN.16-20TH WOKE UP EVERYDAY WITH BITES HAD THEM LOOKED AT AND WAS BED BUGS STARTED WITH 5 AND BY TIME I CHECKED OUT AND GOT HOME HAD AT LEAST 25-30 BITES I VISIT BOISE OFTEN BUT WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN .I EVEN TOLD FRONT DESK AND THEY ACTED LIKE WAS NO BIG DAEL. UNLESS YOU WANT BEDBUGS BITING YOU I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THERE

Our home is infested with bed bugs. My children s room as well as our master room. What can we do. We are all being bit and the landlords refuse to do anything to assist us? I have purchased the covers for our bed in the master room however we still have the bugs. I am concerned about my children's room? I believe this house should be flagged due to the amount of bugs.

We also would like to report our bed bugs nightmare at the Royal Motor Inn. My husband woke up at 2 am and discovered that the whole bed was covered with bed bugs of different sizes and shapes. Terrified, we could not sleep for the rest of the night. We tried to sleep on the carpet but we also got bitten...The reception was closed and there was nobody to whom we could report it. We decided to leave at 5 am.
Although we cleaned our clothes after arriving home, we had to battle against bed bugs for 2 months and since we were not successful in removing them by ourselves, we called the pest prime company in Spokane which did a great job exterminating all of them.

In the morning while taking my sheets off(used my own after reading reviews,which I should have listened to) I noticed a bed bug(I knew what to look for) and immediately bagged it up. I found another soon after on the pillow and put the bloated chums together. I took pictures of both and the fecal matter left behind on both the hotel pillow cases. The manager was informed, but not very concerned, more thankful I did not make a big deal in front of other patrons. I also took the matter to the local health department and hopefully will know more next week.
