Stayed there a few nights and noticed my 4 year old daughter had several bites they movef us into another room we both got bit. To my amazement the staff was already of the infestation. Upon leaving i noticed a cleaning cart with a can of bed bug spray on it.

Over a year ago, I moved into this building from my parent's house. They to this day, have had no problems with bed bugs making me confident that I did not bring them into Westbrook towers. My unit was treated, but management denied there being a problem with the rest of the building. Now a year later, I woke up to a bedbug biting my arm last night. Going through treatment again, but the problem will not be solved until the source is discovered and treated. It is right next door to the Econo Lodge downtown that seems to also have problems.

I have two friends that are residents in these apartments. My girlfriend came to my house a few weeks ago and accidentally dropped them off at my house. According to them their landlord is not being very helpful with the situation... Although mine is willing to spend whatever is necessary to help me. According to my landlord, by law they are responsible for any and all pest control service. Please inspect before you move into these apartments!!!!!!

We stayed at the Victorian Inn at 2801 West O in Lincoln, Nebraska on Thanksgiving night November 24, 2011. We stayed in Room 214. We sleep in separate beds. We had our minnie daschund with us. He was in my bed and just refused to settle down, so I put him in his kennel on the dresser. On the way home the next day, I had an itch on my elbow, which just kept getting worse. By the time I got home on the other end of the state, I was itching all over!! When I removed my clothing, there were dozens of red welts, itching all over!!! I took Benedryl and put Hydrocortisone cream on the bites and was able to get some rest. We called the hotel right away and the clerk said he would have the manager call. I thought to myself, sure, he won't call. But Monday morning to his credit, he called. He said he was sorry and he did not mean to do that and would have it exterminated right away and refund our money. His name was G something. You can see where he has apologized to other people for this same thing.
Well, I found this site and want everyone to know that they should ALWAYS check their rooms for bedbugs. I have never had an experience with them before, but I am traumatized with this. What if I brought them home???? Scarey, scarey, scarey to think about. This situation will probably get worse. So, check out your beds folks!!!

Was supposed to stay here for work for 2 nights, was charged for 4 nights first off. But waking up in morning after first night, I was very itchy & noticed bites all over me. Actually saw 2-3 bugs in the bed at this point, so packed up immediately & checked out. Owners refused to refund me, even for the second night that I did NOT stay....bank will be disputing the entire charge, period! Do NOT stay here, not clean & staff was ridiculous!!!!!!

Just stayed here on Oct.30th and have gross red bumps all over my left arm. Just as it states online for when they should appear, they showed up about 9-10 days later. Of course if I knew sooner, I would've gotten refunded. That was a $78 infestation for just me staying there.

This owner is going to try to re-rent this property before completion of treatment by Pest Control. The home has been infested for almost a YEAR with bed bugs. We weren't notified upon signing a lease, which enabled us to break the lease legally. However, I want to avoid someone else ending up in this situation..

Started getting bites over 3 weeks ago and saw my first bugs days later just as I considered seeing a doctor. I work at home so quickly got my situation under control, but they certainly seemed to me to be coming out of the air ducts.

Been fighting landlord for weeks on getting it professionally controlled.. moving (slowly, carefully) to an old rice field property of mine in Arkansas to ensure they don't spread further across Lincoln.

10/19/2011 - Multiple bed bugs in the beds, blood spots/fecal matter on the sheets. Now have numerous bites on arms and upper body. We did report this to the front desk, and money was refunded.
