I can't remember which room had bed bugs. They probably all do. It is a disgusting motel. I ended up getting bed bugs in my home from this motel and it cost me $900 for pest control.

Woke up and found bedbugs all through the beds. When we told the owners they said they didn't know they had a problem with that room! We took that to mean they knew they had issues in other rooms!

This apartment has had bed bugs for approx 3 years and due to the lack of responsibility and maintainence by the owner and his staff,now the bed bugs have spread thru the whole building! The owner a few times over the years sprayed,or heat treated only a couple of the 11 apartments instead of taking the pest controls recomendations of treating the entire building to rid of these bed bugs! So now due to neglect and the owner being too busy trying to blame tenants for his neglect and not wanting to pay for a proper treatment plan.. There are many families that have been and are being bit up alive there by bed bugs and too scared to do much about it in fear of being evicted.. This area is a poor area and people just don't have the money or means just to skip off to another place,so they are forced to stay and suffer with the un healthy conditions there! No one in their right mind should even think about moving there due to this owner and his staff are still renting these bed bug infested apartments to new un knowing tenants!

Stayed friday and was woken up by itching. saw and captured 2 bedbugs. in the morning i reported it and they said that they exterminated and just cleared the room open again. I gave them the bugs and they gave me my second nights fee. They kept the first night. I checked out with 8 bites in all.

My Fiance and I went to Longfellows hotel on a romance package in October 2010. The room was beautiful, so we thought. We went to bed and when waiting my skin itched and when I looked in the mirror there were welts all over my body which were also painful. I went to urgent care the next morning and the doctor had confirmed they were from bed bugs. I called the hotel and was in rage and they said they never had any incident and they went into the room and they found nothing. They were very unpleasant and clearly uneducated that bed bugs do not only live in beds. They never offered a refund or a credit of any kind. I will never go back there not even to eat. I have pictures of the welts and a copy of my medical report.

My mother and I stayed at this place about a week ago. When we arrived, the sheets on her bed had not been changed (the previous guest's sheets were still on the bed all crumpled up), and in my room, the previous guest's shoes were left in the room. Clearly, there is a housekeeping problem at this hotel. But that is not the worst of it. The next morning after staying at this hotel, I woke up itching. Upon inspection, I found bite marks all over my legs. The cleaning at this hotel needs some major improvement...I will unfortunately never stay at this place again and will urge others to stay far away.
