2/11/12 - In Room 219. Woke up to find bed bugs in both beds. Alive and dead. They were in almost every layer of bedding and on the mattress.

Guest complained of itching. He refused to move to another room. In fact paid for a second night. Room was checked thoroughly by staff and owner. No evidence of bed bugs was ever found. We have never had any reports of bugs in that room or any other room, ever. Rooms are checked on a regular basis for bed bugs.

Started getting bit in mid-September. Notified apartment manager and weeks later treatments began. So far, three unsuccessful treatments have been made and the manager is billing me $900 + for the treatments. Unfair and I still have bedbugs. I'm moving.

I woke up with 25 bites on wrist, elbow, neck and back. Very itchy but was told by my contact in the medical field not to scratch under any circumstances. Pretty much put a damper on the rest of my vacation. Researched how to keep from bringing them back to my home. We threw out all luggage some which was brand new, many personal articles and some clothing as well as new shoes. All clothing was bagged and brought directly to the washer and when empty the garbage bags thrown away. Praying that we did enough to keep them out. One egg can bear 200 of them. Disgusting!!

I found bed bugs in my apt, on my bed, and I have washed all my cloths and belongings. The management is not taking this very seriously. They did hire an exterminator, but then after the fact are trying to charge me for the service. The bugs are not gone. None of the neighbors have been inspected or notified. This apt building is managed by Inter-West.

pest control has been out twice and still have them. my friend lives in one and their neighbor is never prepared and has a huge infestation and so they are coming into their apartment from next door.

Moved from room 202 as door was broken. Room 204 has three queen beds, two were infested with bugs. The third seemed ok. The manager was aware of the situation as the clerk who called her after I made her view the room had said so to her.

They plan to clean room 204 and the surrounding rooms, but the whole hotel needs to be dealt with. The staff are hosts for moving the bed bugs from room to room.

The bugs were of various sizes, some of them had been there for a while.

There have been numerous reports from residents on various floors whose apartments have been sprayed for bedbugs. After three weeks they are spraying again. People on edge. Residents miserable. Management has sprayed the furniture in the lobby area and is vacuuming the halls on a more regular basis. A second letter alerting residents to this scourge has been taped to each apartment door. There seems to be no end to this unfortunate situation. Potential residents do not seem to be informed of the infestation.
