After about a week at this hotel, noticed a cluster of painless, itchy red bumps on my arm. A few days later, I had over 30 itchy bumps. Searched room; bed was good but found a dead bed bug behind the dresser. Took pictures, and put the bug in a bag to show the front desk and show them my bites. They had an inspection the next day, and told us there were no signs of bedbugs. The desk suggested we try a new room so we did, and again I found a dead bedbug. Reported it, showed the bites again, and they did nothing so we left. Left our suitcases, a blanket and more.

Notice a samll bug on child's pillow. Then found more under the childs bed, called rental office they didn't send some1 until 6 days later. Then 2 weeks later they sent a letter to start treatment, which will take 4 weeks to complete. Just unbelieve, poor service from Ashford @ Woodlake apartments. Warning do not rent from Ashford.

My daughter and I were bitten several times by bed bugs when we stayed there November 11, 2011. We reported it to management, they checked the room and said they found 1 bed bug and they had exterminators in and supposedly closed the room for a month. They never even offered us any compensation for our inconvenience.

bedbug found by exterminator, marriot refused to check other rooms for possible further infestation, and also refused to cover medical expenses...stated the only way to get a room refund was for a liability waiver which allows them to not be responsible for any medical, pain and suffering. etc..,. Refusing to sign this waiver causes them to refuse any room refunds... AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS... THE ENTIRE COMPLEX COULD BE INFECTED... MARRIOT REFUSED TO CHECK OTHER ROOMS.

Bed contained adults, 5th instar nymphs and 1st instar nymphs that I could find, caught specimens in water to confirm bed bug infestation and it was confirmed.

Manager did nothing help clean our clothing and luggage that had been exposed, and the hotel is refusing to reimburse expenses incurred, insisting that it was not their problem. The most they offered was the night free and to change hotel rooms (which won't have much impact if the bugs have hitched a ride in our clothing and luggage). We are stuck at the hotel since everything else is booked.

Stayed in the hotel for several nights in september from the 15th through the 24th. Came home to find that I had several bumps that were very itchy on my legs. It continued to get worse, and now I have actually seen bed bugs in my bed which were brought over from Residence Inn in Annapolis Maryland.
