Checked in on September 17, 2026 PM. Found evidence of bed bugs on the mattress upon check in (fecal spots and bed bug casings). There was no bed bug cover on the mattress, and the mattress was stained and dirty even separate from the bed bugs. Reported to front desk staff who did not seem to care. I offered to show them the spots on the mattress, and photo evidence of the fecal spots/casings, but they did not care to see it. I was able to get a refund for the final two nights of my stay from front desk staff, but had to call the manager the next week to get a refund for the first night. I asked to leave a note on the manager's desk explaining the situation for the manager to see first thing Monday and they were unconcerned, nor did the manager mention that he ever even saw the note when I called for the refund. I also offered to the manager to share photos and he did not care to see proof either. At no point was I assured that they would even look at the room, much less be bothered to do anything about it. I was equally concerned by the total lack of a response from staff as I was by the bed bugs themselves.
