Bed Bug infestation in building D began approximately 9 months ago and pest control sprayed. There are still bed bugs in the building because I have them in my apartment (in building D). I have the proof in a jar. The individual apartments are sprayed when resident notifies manager, but the building needs to be fumigated.

we had a pest control person to come out and look. we could'nt find any so the next day we came into the house and found a huge bed bug on are coch ... this is very very nasty now we half to throw away all are things find a place to stay all over again oh and we've only stayed their for 1 mnth 3wks before knowing they we bed bugs...

My husband and I stopped here while traveling home. It was around 1:00 in the morning and thought Holiday Inn should be a clean place to stay with our children. After entering the room and setting up our pack and play for the baby. I started checking our bed not really expecting to find any thing and wasn't even doing a thorough Check and low and behold I seen what look kind of like dirt on the head of the mattress so I lifted up the mattress and there they were bed bugs. We got a few on a lysol wipe and brought them down to the front desk they did apologize and give us a new room on the other side of the Hotel that we inspected and did not see anything. But couldn't sleep just knowing that for one room to have them the entire Hotel has them. We are now worried we have contaminated our things by being in that room even if it was just for a short while. I would not recommend for anyone to stay at this place unless you want bed bugs having a feast on you or going home with you. When we were leaving the next morning the man at the front desk did apologize again but then laughed and said its just one of those things. Don't really sound like they are too concerned to me.

June 2, 2011 Room 329 Found bed bug on back of bed #1 headboard. Did not even stay to check out bed #2. Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. None the less.. bed bug was found. Hotel staff did not deny. Gave us full refund. Please check your rooms. Hotel headboards can be removed. Just need to pull up on both corners at same time. This is main place they hide as they do not like light and are nocturnal. They stay close to where they feed (bed). They hide during day and feed at night. Housekeeper took bug with her & told us in their training they were never taught to look behind headboard. Scary!

My wife was woke up by something crawling on her. When she turned on the light she found Bed Bugs. She killed one and blood squirted from the bug. The hotel Mgr. Refused to refund her and insinuated that she brought the bugs with her!

I was laying in bed on my phone & saw a bug crawling by me. I turned on the lights & killed it with my shoe. Blood squirted out of it. I started looking all over the bed & noticed another bug crawling. IT WAS A BED BUG! Then, they refused to refund our money! And didnt even apologize! Do not stay here! Bed bugs & poor customer service

stood in rm 120 and was awaken by an inch and after awhile I noticed bited and I looked on the bed and there were about 20 bugs in the bed,,,searched around there wewre on the floor ,,the bathrm every where !!! they changed my rm and didnt charge me but I could not go to work because lack of sleep
