I reported that these apartments had bedbugs yet i havent found it on the list.I keep having this problem w/bedbugs. I am so tired of them the apartments have fumigated I have also bought a powder that claims to kill them but I found 1 today.I really want to throw all my things away.Also move from here but right now I can't financially.

I have lived here for 2 years, and has had bed bugs the whole time. We tell the office managers but they dont seem to care. They come in and spray very little solution and never return to do follow up. The bugs are so bad they are coming out of the plug in sockets, you can just see them running on the walls, the beds and all are furniture had to be thrown out. The furniture was covered in all this black stuff looked like pepper was sprinkled all over the cushions and beds and dressers. at night you cant even sleep without getting like 20 bites a night. There is several apartments in a building and they never treat the sorounding apartments. The bed bugs are huge it looks like over grown lice, and there as big as a cock roach. My family used to live here to but they moved because the managers dont care about the bedbugs. VERY VERY DISGUSTING AND WRONG!!!!! MUCHO MUCHO CHINCHE!!!! DOS ANOS CHINCHES.APARTAMENTO NO BUENO

Stayed at Hampton inn Happy Valley on December 27th, 2011 and at 2:30 am we woke up to Bugs all over the bed and biting us, you could see them. They did not charge us but we are freaked out and the bug guys are on the way today to our house to spray and we have to treat or throw luggage away and head to the laundry mat.

NEVER had an issue with bed bugs until I moved into these horrible apartments. The old lady at the front desk is apathetic to the situation and insists none of these apartments have ever had bed bugs. This infestation is in a pre-furnished apartment as well. They would not take the furniture out for us because they wouldn't be able to charge us the furnished price. They said they would let us know when unfurnished ones opened up. 5 months later and we're still waiting for that phone call. The old lady send exterminators out but they never spray for bed bugs, just roaches (don't get me started on the roach problems, they're just as prevalent). STAY AWAY from these apartments at all cost!

My wife and I were bitten all over by bed bugs. upon speaking to the clerk in the morning she refused to listen to what I has to say and laughed about it. Later after speaking to the manager, she refused to acknowledge the fact that we were bitten all over and said were were mistaken. I tried to talk to her about it but she would not listen and she would say is she checked. I did report this back in sep 2011 and am very surprised to see there is no record of it on this page.
