Stayed a night from 4/6/2013 and felt arms itcy.with soars looked at the sheets and saw a bed bug and press it my finger and staind sheet with blood . Told the clerk at check out and she said that room had been out pf service for awhile. Not very good excuse.

I stayed there March 25 to March 30 of 2013. After leaving there I noticed that I had huge itchy swollen bumps on my face, I researched bed bug bites and determined that was exactly what they were. The hotel was not very nice to begin with. But the bites were definitely from this hotel. Either in the pillows or mattress I don't know, most likely both. The only place I was bitten was multiple faces on my face, unfortunately.

Just signed the contract, got the keys and entered to find bed bugs and roaches in all rooms, in the carpet, along baseboards, in corners gathering in groups of ten to fifty. looking like apple seeds slowly crawling around like wood-tics. Notified the girl in the office and she came in to see and said they were all roaches. I wonder if they cannot admit to bed bugs but roaches are okay to admit to. Hmm. I Do Not want to move in there but I already signed the contract. Had to to get the keys.

Managment knows of the infestation, they live here and deal with bed bugs too, but are very quick to schedule a treatment when told of a problem. Most tenants don't do all the necessary prep work that is required before a spraying, so the bugs are never completely killed. Every apt in every building has them. Just want to tell you all not to move in here or you'll be throwing away all your expensive infested beds and couches, adding them to the pile of trashed furniture by the dumpsters, Just like I had to.

Not sure where they came from. Woke up one morning and found a bed bug on my bed. Spent the next 3 days vacuuming, washing any and everything that could be thrown in a washer and dryer, spraying and vacuuming carpet, furniture,drawers, cracks crevices. Called office to find out that they don't treat entire building only apartment that is reported. So I feel like I am fighting a losing battle.

I stayed here in room 433 for two nights beginning on 2/4/13. Did not notice bites until the second night. By the time I checked out my arms and abdomen were covered in itchy bites. Did not see any visible bugs in the room, but as we all know they hide during the day. I brought it to the attention of the manager and I hope that they took my complaint seriously. I even called Hilton Corporate offices to make sure they get the property treated.
