Moved into the apartment in September. After two weeks of extreme itching and mysterious bumps I found bed bugs crawling in the bed. I caught some and got a picture and forwarded it to an pest control company that confirmed a bed bug infestation. Landlord attempted to blame me, but the company confirmed the bedbugs had been there long before I moved in two weeks prior. The bed bugs had also spread to the apartment up stairs 8 BELLVUE STREET MEDFORD MA. It took two exterminations and throwing out a new mattress, clothing, pillow, blankets, and futon to rid the aparment of the bed bugs.

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel, day 2 began minor itching and small bumps and welts. Day 3 large red bites on stomach and back and neck. Never experienced this before, extremely upset and disappointed in the way the front desk responded to my report. Be cautious of the so called "nicer" hotels I believe they sometimes may be the worst.

I am a customer in this hotel. I came down with a "rash" that was diagnosed by a dermatologist as bed bug bites. After then reading abou it on the internet and seeing pictures I can see that they are exactly as the pictures are. Red marks in a row on the exposed areas of my arms and upper chest, neck and face. It has been horrible. The hotel gave me a refund and changed my room for the final night of my stay but they never admitted that they found bed bugs--in fact they made me feel as though I was a fault. They told me that their exterminitor said that I got these bites some other place becasue once a bed bug bites you it takes a week to see the marks and since my marks appeared the second day after my arrival it could not be the hotel. I don't currently have pictures but will get some.

Place had clearly been treated as we found about Twenty dead bed bugs around the condo. They should have cleaned them up prior to renting out the unit. However it did seem that they addressed the situation by treating the place and replacing all the carpeting, mattresses and furniture. We were going to stay assuming all were dead until we went to bed and saw a live bed bug on the wall near the headboard! Clearly not all were killed but management did say they would have a K-9 unit in there asap to double check, let's hope they really do!

After so much already falling apart in this house we were renting and the slumlord never fixed any of problems, gas leakes,etc etc my 5 year old child woke up one morning with what looked like misqueto bites<<< and looked like allergy NOPE!!!beware this house is infested with bed bugs,,,,,and lanlord could care less after only being there 2 months.....we moved out

I woke up this morning after a rough night's sleep where I had kicked the covers back. I immediately noticed several bites on my right calf & ankle. At first I thought a mosquitoe had gotten into the room, but it's cold & I didn't have bites anywhere else. I did request housekeeping change the bed, but now I'm wary of whether they have gotten onto my suitcase which is laying open on the other bed. I'm going to have to wash all of my sleepwear, personal pillow case, etc & buy lysol to disinfect the bed & my belongings. I may just ask to be moved, but there's no guarantee it won't be the same issue there as well.
