@3am we discovered the rashes and bites on our bodies immediately got up and gathered our stuff and left. Upon leaving I loudly notified the other guests. I plan on persuing this further. I have pictures of the bugs on the bed and other nastiness as well.please do not stay here.

After staying in this hotel for one night on December 10th 2011...I have had bed bug bites all over my body. I talked to a nurse and a pharmacist about them and they confirmed it was bed bug bites. I think that they traveled home with me in my luggage and hatched and have been biting me since my stay.

Stayed one night, saw 2 live bed bugs in am. One on the side of mattress and one between the mattress and box spring. After reporting incident, the manager said he was surprised b/c they had the entire 1st floor wing sprayed. My room was on the second floor. They refunded my money (it should show up on my card within 3 days) and gave me $10 to wash clothes at the laudramat, but refused to allow me to shower in an uninfested room. Frustrated by the situation that I now have to deal with b/c they didn't do their due dilligence to remedy an obviously recurring problem.

My husband checked into this motel late evening of 11/21/2011. He stayed in room #6 for a week with no problems. He said it had a strong smell of bug spray. Then the following week, he upgraded to a suite in room #13. After the first night, he started feeling itchy. He stayed in this room for 3 nights and by the 3rd night he had over 60 bites on his legs and arms. He tried to talk to the owners about it, but they insisted that they had the place recently fumigated. They did absolutely nothing to help and only denied that they had bed bugs. They said that he must have gotten them from his job. What!? Do not stay at this motel. They also charged him for half of a day today even though he had to go to the laundry mat, wash all of his clothes and spray his suitcase before he could go to another motel. The owners were total jerks and did nothing to help him. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We checked into this motel 2 days ago. Last night I killed an adult bedbug that was completely engorged w/my blood. By next morning, I waa suffering from multiple bitea. This hotel charged us for 3 full days even tho we checked out early today. The motel staff strongly denied having a SEVERE infestation of these pests altho they admitted to changing the room's carpet 2 mos. ago! Please DD NOT patronize this motel in your own BEST interest. EXTREMELY BAD attitude - seemingly putting their own monetary wants over motel guest's health & well-being. Obviously.

After staying in the room for 5 nights without a change of sheets (at my request) I was bitten by bedbugs on my back and neck during my last night. I believe that the hotel places several layers of bedding to protect the guests from the mattresses but if the sheets are not changed frequently the bedbugs will eventually migrate thru the layers and attack as in my case. In fact I do believe that the hotel is using an unusual number of layers of bedding/sheets in order to "solve" the bedbug problem that is within the mattresses. I do recall feeling like the "princess and the pea" the first night I slept in that bed.

Stayed 5/22/11. On 5/23 started getting red raised bumps on face, neck, arms, hands and feet. Lost 2 days of work when they started draining. Had over 50 bites and the itching was painful.The manager never called back despite desk staff and corporate promise that he would. Another co-worker got bed bug bites there also.

Spent Frid. night, June 17th, 2011, in room 103. Husband woke up Sat. morning with 50 bites. My bites didn't show up until Sun.. . We moved out of this Days Inn on Hotel Avenue as soon as husband's bites appeared. His back and arms were swollen, red, and very itchy. Found a live bug in room. MD confirmed that bites were caused by bed bugs. Have had good service for several years at 10321 Hotel Avenue, NE,, but we'll not return

RECENTLY SINCE THE APARTMENT MANAGER HAS KNOWN ABOUT THE BEDBUG PROBLEMS THEY HAVE DONE VERY LITTLE TO TAKE CARE OF IT... AND NOW THEY HAVE WORKED THERE WAS IN MY MY UNIT.. I HAD AN UNFURNISHED UNIT THROUGH THEM AND SINCE THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND HAVEN'T PROPERLY HAD PEST CONTROL COME OUT AND DO A COMPLETE BUILDING AT ONCE IT HAS GOTTEN WORST.I JUST RECENTLY WENT TO THE ER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE APARTMENT MANAGERS ARE SO POSTED TO BE TAKING CARE OF THIS PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE SEEN 17 PEOPLE FROM THE WARREN INN IN SANTA FE COME THROUGH THE ER DUE TO THE BEDBUGS BITES...HOW MUCH MORE DO THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE NEED TO SUFFER BEFORE THEY WILL DO IT PROPERLY...
