Checked the bed and mattresses when we arrived. No bites the whole time we were there. As we were about to check out, noticed an adult bedbug crawling across the bed. bagged him and reported the incident to management. They have called an exterminator. Very quick and courteous response from the management.

FEB 9,2012 FOUND NUMEROUS BED BUGS CRAWLING IN BOTH DOUBLE BED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. KILLED THREE, AND TOOK PICTURES. REPORTED TO HOTEL FRONT DESK. SAW AT LEAST TEN TOTAL.

12/30/11-1/1/12. Received numerous bed bug bites. Manager refused to acknowledge the room had bed bugs. I pursued the situation by contacting the Rutherford County Health Dept. and the hotel's pest control company. Finally received a refund of our room charges. You get what you pay for. Next time I'll pay more for a better hotel.

Woke up about 2am in the morning and notice something was on the wall. I smashed it and nothing but blood was on the wall and looked up the picture of bed bugs on the internet and thats what it was. I packed immediately and left the hotel. You cant see them with the lights on I guess they hide but I killed one and more seem to come out. Ugggggh!!!!!!!!

bed bugs in my bed and they said I may have brought them from another motel but these bugs were mature and already there arrived friday bit in the night did not have my bag on the bed did not come from me - this has been a nightmare. will not bring my stuff in my house i threw it all away very costly very concerned for anyone who stays there

I recently spent 3 nights at the Nashville-Opryland Holiday Inn Express for a military convention and my entire body is covered in bed bug bites (mostly upper body). So much that I required a steroid shot to ease the itching. I’m not typically one to complain, but as a result, I am extremely disappointed about my experience at your hotel. I’m not talking about a few bites on my back, I am literally covered in bites and it is disgusting (I have pictures to prove it). On my first night I picked up a bug that I saw when I pulled back the cover, but after checking around the headboard and sheets I didn’t see the telltale staining. However, it is quite clear that there are bed bugs at least in room 406, but likely elsewhere in the hotel. I called and spoke with a manager, but the response I received was very nonchalant. Again, it’s impossible to overstate how bad the bites are and it’s difficult to express how upset I am over my stay…
