Stayed there on November 5, 2011. A few days after I got home, I felt discomfort on my chest area and thought I had strained it when washing my car. The discomfort became more intense and I did a close examination of the area and discovered 4 red round patches with a skin pucture in the centre of each patch under my breast. Bed bite marks that were infected!!

I have done a thorough check to see if I transported any bugs back with me and have found no trace of anything in my bedding, luggage or clothes. Thank goodness!

The motel room carpet in the Road King was dirty. The breakfast room area was quite untidy and tables were not wiped down - spilled food and drinks on the tables.

I would never, even without the bed bug experience, recommend this lodging.

We saw and caught an adult bedbug crawling across one of our bedspreads, and brought it to the front desk. The management did not dispute that it was a bedbug. Later the management tried to say that we brought it in. (must be the script for this sort of thing) I see that there was another report from the 2nd floor in this hotel a month ago, so it sounds like there is a problem. We were very dissatisfied with how this was handled.

Woke up with about 20 bites over my hands feet and stomach. Tried to tell the manager and he called me a liar and told me I would have blood all over my sheets if there were bed bugs. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. Refused to even listen to my complaint.

Woke up this a.m. took a shower and noticed one crawling on my pajamas. I checked my ipone and it was one. We looked in the bed and found another squished one. I wonder if this is why I could not sleep well at all! Waiting on a return call from general manager as I type this, to get a refund.

Over 30 bedbugs were located during the daylight hours and reported to the residence life department in NDSU. They were aware of the issue and did not notify the residents prior to moving in. Contact NDSU Residence Life if they have had any reports.

we woke up this morning to find a couple of bugs in our bed..we went to breakfast and came back to our room and there was another one in the sink..i got it in a cup and took it to the front desk asp..they came in our room to find about 15 bed bugs behind our head bored!! the one from the sink had to have fallin off of one of us while brushing our teeth..VERY disterbing to know we slept with them above our head all night!!

Stayed here while out of town and all 3 rooms were infested with bed bugs. Bed bugs present on the mattress and headboard. Woke up and found a bed bug on my pillow. Very disgusting place with terrible managemnt. The lady denied that they had a problem with them and was very RUDE. Just a terrible place to stay!!!!

I was bitten by bed bugs in room 212 of this hotel on Saturday, April 9, and was subsequently moved to room 204. It was a severe attack that was confirmed by my doctor. The management of this hotel was very defensive and offered no apology for the incident.
