I reported bedbug problem 2 months ago,and was told it would be taken care of. I showed manager my sheets with aprox. 50/60 blood/Exrement spots on sheets. It looked like a shotgun blast. Continuously being told it would be taken care of. To this day they have done nothing to actually exterminate. the manager himself said several other room are affected. This Motel should be shut down. I feel assaulted. I could not afford to move out and they did not care one bit. Orkin extermination came and determined in one minute in my room that this was TOTAL INFESTATION. Filthy Motel Also.

Recently we were staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Manchester. On our first night I woke up in the middle of the itching. When I turned on the light, I killed 2 bedbugs that were filled with my blood, I lifted the mattress, and found one more bedbug running around. I had a roommate with me, and also found a baby bedbug running around on her bed when I woke her up to get out of that room. The management did move us to another room for us about 2 floors away from that one. In the second room, I found a dead one on the bathroom floor, and was hoping that meant they had just exterminated. After about 15 minutes of trying to sleep, I woke up itching again, and this time managed to trap the bedbug live in one of the glasses that they give you for drinking water. The night auditor looked completely lost and didn't know what to do. We went back up to our room, checked out and went to another hotel.

When we checked in, the room appeared neat and clean. We realized the room had problem after we checked out in the morning. During breakfast, my wife and both developed itching sensations which we immediately suspected were from bed bugs. On the drive home the itching continued and I developed welts on my back and scalp.

This is a gross place and should be closed down.

I work for ImBev and this hotel is listed as an approved vendor. I immediately filed a report when I got back. I checked into my room and it smelled musty. But I was so tired I got right into bed. The next morning I felt something crawling on my arm and quickly brushed it off before I saw what it was. I then noticed I had a couple bites in that area. I thought it might be a mosquito since there are now screens on the windows.

As I was leaving I noticed one of the maids pulling a sheet out of her dirty linen, spray it with fabrees and take it back into a room. I was so grossed out I went right back to my hotel room and packed.

WHen I got home I found two dead bed bugs in my suit case attached to my pj bottoms. I called the hotel 5 times and never got a call back from their GM Mitch.

We woke up to find bed bugs on one of the pillows. Upon further inspection, we found more on the box spring. The front desk told us they had just had their bed bug problem taken care of.

To the wonderful tenant of Hillview, since you know me so well let's clarify a few thins first i lived in Hillview for six years with any bedbugs...amazing but I was bringing them in the building? I have documentation that states wheat apartments they came from. second there are now three buildings being treated for bed bugs. building 199 is still being treated 6 months after I have left. Pretty sad when the Alderman comes into the property to let the manager know that the issue is not be treated efficiently, that the problem would have been eridicated along time ago if it was being treated effectively.Over a year and a half and the bedbugs are still thriving!!!

Unfortunately, Carol and I lived with bed bugs for four years due to homelessness in Rochester,NH. Little brownish black looking bugs were appearing in our mattresses which kept us spraying to try and rid the bugs. The bugs did not go away. Finally, we decided to go to a local shelter. By the way the owner refuse to do anything about it. This motel is still in business and doing very well.

Stayed early Nov. Brutally bitten the entire week I was there. Didnt know it was bedbugs until I got home and researched on the internet what might cause these types of bites. It was definitely bed bugs. I should have known when I first entered the room the smell was just plain nasty. Stay away from this place.

Found a fully mature bed bug on Monday 10/25/2011. I have numerous bed bug bites as a result of my stay. I was not aware that the insect that I found was a bed bug until I got home and googled it. I have stayed at this hotel over the years and this is the first time an incident like this has occurred.
