My husband and I attempted to stay at this hotel on October 4th. When we started our search for bugs by pulling out sheets and pulling back the comforter, my husband found a bed bug on the comforter. We placed it in a cup to bring to the front desk and ask for our credit card to be credited and the manager looked at the bug for a minute and very disregardedly threw the cup in the garbage can next to him and said he would not credit our card but would move us to a different room...... Obviously after experiencing something like this you do not want to stay in a different bed bug room. I will continue to try to dispute the charge for the room, but will definately never stay at another Super 8..... The management at this establishment was very rude and uncaring towards our concern and I'm sure is still placing other visitors in that room:(

Found bed bug upon searching bedding and mattresses, brought the bug to the manager in a cup and he just looked at it and threw it away in the garbage can next to him.....Unconcerned. So i know nothing was done about this issue and people are being placed in this room after us..... Beware of room 219
