Was about to rent an apartment (from various available ones at the complex) as it looked clean and the manager seemed nice, but decided to not sign anything until I asked current tenants about the condition of the complex. I've already had enough bad experiences after all. After, waited outside and talked to some tenants but when talking to the third tenant (who would have been my neighbor) the person informed me there were bedbugs for months now without no one doing anything about it. Needless to say, the apartment manager never informed me about said situation. I'm just glad that I saw reality in time but want to caution anyone that like me, might be tempted to rent this place due to the extremely low rent and (at first glance) good condition. Better to spend a little more and not regret it!
