This whole complex is infested with bed bugs. Asked landlord to spray multiple times and they still have not done so. Had to get rid of all furniture and bomb apartment myself. Have spent a ton of money on treatment for skin and apartment and on new furniture. Now we are infested again because the other apartments still have them and the landlords wont fix it. Do not live here!!!

Moved room three times, bed bugs in all rooms. Spoke with front desk girl, she was very apologetic and explained that the manager would be in maybe tomorrow around noon. Finally had a room that looked clean, spoke with General Manager the next day about issue. manager does not know what he is doing. Building is disgusting and will NOT stay there again.

I reported to the 800-800-8000 they said they would handle it but they never done anything. when IO called back again they told me i needed to talk to the manager so I called several times and left several messeges with my phone number. Guess what no response and I just found this web site so I figuered I would let you the people know that you should'nt stay in this hotel. They did'nt even pay me for the doctors visits for me and my family or medicines. this happened in 2010 during Arkalaha weekend the busys time of season for Kansas.

Woke up with bedbugs this morning. Caught some and took to front desk. Lady just said I needed to speak with manager who wouldn't be in until noon. She offered to move us to a different room, when we went in we saw more bugs in the sheets. Will not do business there again.

Third apartment in the same building with bed bugs. Terminex sprayed? Obviously not well. And they are not doing anything to compensate residents. Trying to leave but they are not willing to let us out of our contract without penalties

Saw the first bug at 1am, threw off the blanket and sheets and there were a ton of them crawling in the bed. Killed a few to take to the manager, and took photos and videos, they did nothing about it. Disgusting- the bugs were all over both beds and the walls behind the beds.
