After being in the room for one hour and forty minutes my wife flipped back the covers on the bed to take a nap. At that time she saw a fully engorged bed bug on the mattress. Upon checking the pillows we found more. At that time we checked out. The reauthorization is still on our card. When we checked out we gave the bed bugs to the hotel clerk and told her we wanted a phone call .. We received no call.

After seeing 3-4 bed bugs I also saw 4-5 fleas/ticks&several roaches..I called to request a room change only to be TOLD the hotel had no bugs&I couldnt move rooms. Nobody came to check the room or anything, and the staff was BEYOND rude!

I recently spent 3 nights at the Nashville-Opryland Holiday Inn Express for a military convention and my entire body is covered in bed bug bites (mostly upper body). So much that I required a steroid shot to ease the itching. I’m not typically one to complain, but as a result, I am extremely disappointed about my experience at your hotel. I’m not talking about a few bites on my back, I am literally covered in bites and it is disgusting (I have pictures to prove it). On my first night I picked up a bug that I saw when I pulled back the cover, but after checking around the headboard and sheets I didn’t see the telltale staining. However, it is quite clear that there are bed bugs at least in room 406, but likely elsewhere in the hotel. I called and spoke with a manager, but the response I received was very nonchalant. Again, it’s impossible to overstate how bad the bites are and it’s difficult to express how upset I am over my stay…

I booked a room here not knowing anything about the bedbugs incidents. The clerk showed us 2 rooms and both had bugs and their fragments of bed with dropping all over the mattress. The clerk said I was be to picky and would not refund my money.

My husband and I stayed here 6/15-6/19. On 6/20 we both noticed red bumps on our lower bodies and legs. Both about 10 each. They do not itch. We checked the bed upon checking in but didn't check the lower part of the bed, only the upper sides. Not sure if they are bed bug bites but felt since it was so close to the room that reported in April, it was worth noting. This hotel is currently being renovated.

Bedbugs are present and the apartments will not do anything about them. They told my daughter that she was responsible for treatment which would be 400+ dollars. She does not have money for that unless she takes the rent money and applies it and they give her free rent. I doubt that will happen.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 night. Woke up on day 2 COVERED in bites. Asked for a refund and was told that I would have to wait for a manger to come in. I told the people at the front desk that I was calling the health department and left. As I was pulling out, I was stopped in my car by the asst. manager that I was talking to and they refunded 1 night's fees. I am contemplating whether or not to sue. The man at the counter made a comment that indicated that they have had issues in the past. I am covered in red pustules. Thank goodness my mother is an RN. I have had to go to the doctor for steroid injections because I have reacted so badly to them.

Reported the bedbugs to the manager and she had pest control come out but they said we did not have them. We have caught 4 big ones, my boyfriend had one crawling on his arm, one on my back, one on my comforter, and one on the bedroom wall. He is constantly getting bit.
