we noticed the bugs crawling after the maid had cleaned she must have disrupted the nest while changing the bed one crawled across the top of my foot we started looking around and could not believe it they were everywhere when i informed the front desk they did nothing I've called the corporate office no answer and they have not returned my calls the motel is still renting the room

Move in last weekend in June 2011 and in the first week of August 2011, my family notice small light color bugs crawling on walls. We kill a couple (thinking that it's roaches). Family started having itching bites. Out of the blue, we pulled up BEDBUGS on internet...there we our BUGS!!!! Reported that day to management and they schedule PEST CONTROL for the next day. I will let you know how the treats are doing.

We moved in April of 2011, as soon as we moved in I have been telling her about bites. We finally seen the bed bugs and they had infested the walls, beds, furniture, couch etc. . . She has came in twice and sprayed rubbing alcohol the first time and a chemical the second and refuses to do anything else. It is Hillandale Investments and I recommend that anyone take a close look because this has scarred my kids. They dont even want to sleep anymore.

Found rusty red looking bed bug on sheet when lying down at night. Had to move to another room because of the incident. I now have brought them home as they got in my suitcase and have bites all over my body

Moved into Turtle Creek apts on Jan 2009. Neck started itching on day and my whole neck was bright red and itching. Then at night in January my feet looked like they had mosquitos bites all over them started to investigate and actually got Gregory's Pest Control and Terminix came out and found Bed Bugs in the walls of the apartments. I was an employee of Turtle Creek and upper mgmt would do nothing to treat my apartment. I moved out of Turtle Creek and had to have my furniture treated and wash all my clothes, linens and everything before moving into my new place.

I stayed at this hotel last week, and a day or two later had several bites on my wrist, face, fingers, legs, and neck--a total of 15 bites. I was in room 221. The place seemed sketchy, unclean, and outdated. The mattress pad or sheet didn't fit well, so I woke up and found myself sleeping directly on the mattress, which is probably how I got bit. My mother, who was in the bed with me, was not bit. Very strange. I am itchy all over and going a little crazy. We are calling the health department tomorrow.
