3/18/15 Woke up around 3:45a to itch on leg. Went to bathroom. Bites near left eye, ear and jaw line. Went back to the bed and turned on the lamp. A bed bug was on the sheet. I killed it with tissue and put it in a cup. I took it to the night manager who was very apologetic and immediately put me in the room across the hall. He came up and personally inspected the room. He also asked me to leave non-essential items in the original room offering to clean my luggage and clothes. I did leave ever ything in the original room. But, I chose to shower, wash my hair, and go to Walmart to get bed bug spray for my things. I sprayed everything and put them in individual bags. I did not go back to sleep. Instead, I sat in the lobby until the next shift. The manager was unavailable prior to my departure as well as several hours later. I have yet to recieve a call back over 16 hours since my first message. Things like this happen. Although, I appreciate the night manager's response, I am disappointed that the head manager has not bothered to call me.
