Room Number: can't remember but lower level
We rented a room but before I carried my 3 year old in I checked the covers. BLOOD on the lower mattress cover and I saw inside the fold on the covers the bugs sticking their heads out. They looked like flat ticks. This was the first time I ever saw bed hogs. I reported to front deck girl she called manager and refunded my money I could tell or was not the first problem.
