We spent two nights July 15th and 16th at this hotel. The first night when my wife turned down the covers in room 269 we saw two bed bugs. I caught one using the note pad and identified it using pictures of bedbugs that I found on the internet. My wife caught another one with a plastic drinking cup. I spoke with the manager and we were given another room 275. The second room was very nice, updated and no bugs. I spoke with another manager in the morning as was told that I should wait on my report until there pest company checked the room. I believe that they are taking care of the problem. Overall it is a very nice property and I am sure that this is an isolated situation.
