Where have all the numerous reports about this hotel went? This place as of last year had a multitude of reports!!! My friend unknowingly checked in a few moths ago and called me to tell me where she was. I was appalled!! She noticed they had matress covers and thought that was a good sign. I told her that is a way of trying to lower their infestation rate. She was bed bug ignorant and thought because they had mattress covers they we bed bug free. Silly woman! She immediately went to the front desk and confronted them about this issue and they did not deny the fact. They also gave her a refund for her room. This was very recent as of 2-2012 recent. THEY HAVE BED BUGS STILL!!!

I consistently broke out in hives that looked like bites all over my body, the itch would start itch early hours of the morning and would wake up with welts... After which I came to find out from fellow residents that for the last two years there had been incidents of bed bugs in the building. When I informed my landlord he refused to take responsibility nor did he want to take action to fumigate and heat treat the whole building, he was also negligent for failing to inform residents of this outbreak, instead he acted ignorant of the fact... This is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done...

Over a year ago, I moved into this building from my parent's house. They to this day, have had no problems with bed bugs making me confident that I did not bring them into Westbrook towers. My unit was treated, but management denied there being a problem with the rest of the building. Now a year later, I woke up to a bedbug biting my arm last night. Going through treatment again, but the problem will not be solved until the source is discovered and treated. It is right next door to the Econo Lodge downtown that seems to also have problems.

This owner is going to try to re-rent this property before completion of treatment by Pest Control. The home has been infested for almost a YEAR with bed bugs. We weren't notified upon signing a lease, which enabled us to break the lease legally. However, I want to avoid someone else ending up in this situation..

10/19/2011 - Multiple bed bugs in the beds, blood spots/fecal matter on the sheets. Now have numerous bites on arms and upper body. We did report this to the front desk, and money was refunded.

DURING MY STAY I WAS BITTED AT LEAST 17 TIMES. I CONTACTED THE FRONT DESK. I WAS THEN DIRECTES TO THE MANAGER/OWNER , MR.XXXXX NOT ONLY DISCOUNTED THE BITES, AND WAS VERY RUDE AT THE LEAST. MY CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED ONE EXTRA NIGHT. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE BUGS!!!

brown/reddish stains on sheet. Bitten all night long. Found a bug the next morning and saved it in an empty soda bottle. Took it back home to Dallas, TX where my pest control company CONFIRMED that is was indeed a bed bug. GROSSSSSSS!

On Nov. 28th 2010 I checked in to your hotel after my father was admitted to Creighton Hospital. I checked under the mattress and found MANY bedbugs. And they weren't hard to see. After reporting this to the desk, she sure didn't seem surprised. The desk clerk's attitude, at my request to check out, was uncaring, to say the least. If Creighton hospital is going to give out discounted vouchers for relatives of patients they might want to know this information. I'm sure the last thing they need in the ICU is someone bringing in bedbugs.

We stayed 9/4/10 to 9/5/10 to be awaken by getting ate alive by tiny microscopic little black bugs. The staff knew very little english and had a hard time understanding what we were trying to tell them. Pulling back the sheets that we checked prior to climbing in the morning there were lil black specks all over them. I looked at the bo spring it was massively dirty and had blackish brown bugs there I was repulsed and hope we get our money back!

Multiple bites in my first room, complained and was moved to a second room. Ended up getting bit there as well. Hotel checked room after I complained and claimed to have found none, but did explain that they do have them from time to time. I checked my room following advice on this site and found several. All of them were behind the bedboard just as described.
