1/1/2017 @ 2:37am I was awaken by a sharp stinging bite on my forearm and notice something small crawling away on the pillow (so thankful the bedding was white). I immediately called out to my husband laying beside me and jumped up, he pinched it off the bed with his fingers and ran to the bathroom to get a closer look because the lighting was much brighter. Not knowing what it was but experiencing the terrible itching, my gut hit the floor. I took several pictures of my arm and the bug then contacted the front desk. Now we were told there was not a single manager on site over the New Year weekend and we would have to contact management on Tuesday. How is this feasible to have your staff working and not have a manager on the premises??? My husband took my phone down to the lobby to show what was going on and the On-Duty Police officer was a witness to all of this mind you. The only thing we were offered at that moment was a different room and a free bottle of champagne ( because the officer noticed the wrist band my husband had on and mentioned he didn't see us among the party goers at midnight ). What do you do since you've been drinking a little, drowsy and shaken up from this ordeal but accept the change of rooms. I was so upset and paranoid after we changed rooms that I just sat in the office chair furthest away from the bed as I could get and dosed off and on. My poor husband felt so bad for me because this was the first time we decided to do anything away from home and kids since we were in our 20's many years ago. He tried really hard to make this a night to remember for us -- GO FIGURE! Now our bags are sitting outside in the backyard still packed.

I stayed at this hotel to get away with my husband. We stayed Aug 4th -6th 2023. The last morning on our check out I woke up to something crawling on me. It was a bug. I took a picture of it to look it up and it said bed bug. We got up packed our stuff and I told the front desk. She gave my a recipt with my money back. When I checked my bank account on Aug 10 2023. Not only did they not give me a full refund they also kept my deposit. I do have pictures.
