I was attacked by the infestation in this hotel. I am scarred for life. There were live, visible bedbugs on the mattress and boxspring. The hotel maintenance in general is in complete disrepair. I received absolutely no assistance from management regarding my medical expenses due to this incident nor any compensation for the expense of treating my personal contaminated belongings.
