Our stay was from 8/31/17-9/1/17. We checked in about 1:00 in the morning. When we got to the room it was hot and smelled. The A/C was not on. The middle of summer and in FL with no A/C on... The fridge didn't work and smelled so bad when we opened it. I had medicine to put in it and couldn't because it wasn't working. When we finally laid down around 2:00 my friend in the other bed felt something crawling on her. They were bed bugs. When I called the front office to let him know that I wanted my money back and that we were leaving he said I don't doubt that. He tried to get us to move rooms, I said no thank you. The next morning we returned to talk to the manager she basically called us a liar. I even showed her the picture we took that night before. She said that they went and up and looked and didn't see anything. I do have a picture if I need to send it as well. Thank you for looking into this.

Rented room on Tuesday January 23, woke up on the 25th with bites all over arms and ankles in a line. Reported to management and they ripped the room apart including yanking ac out of wall and have industrial heaters going round the clock. Management tried to move me to another room, I declined and left to another hotel. Nightmare for me, numerous bites and have throw away luggage.
