I recently stayed at this hotel for a work conference only there for 2 nights and I came home- itching and scratching. At first I just thought maybe it was dry skin...that is until I started developing a rash on my arms, ankles and neck- Bed Bugs of course. Very funny the hotel says how clean they are- well obviously you don't know that bed bugs can be found anywhere- and hotels, dorms and military barracks are popular for them I do plan on making a complaint to the hotel- I am not looking for a free night- I don't live anywhere near CT but I just want them to know!

Myself and a guest recently stayed at Mohegan Sun. We had a wonderful night. The next day my guest and I woke up with bites around our ankles and on our torso. I called and filed a complaint immediately. After an hour on the telephone I was finally able to file a report. No person that I spoke to apologized for the poor experience. After four weeks with no return call or follow-up, I sent an email. This time I was promptly called. However, there was no apology. I work in the medical field as an RN and my guest works as an APRN. We are both clinically competent individuals. There was no doubt in our minds that these were bites related to bed bugs. It is unfortunate that I was treated this way. I will never give them business again and I couldn't wish this poor (and disgusting) experience on anyone.

I take the calls from the hotel for any bug activity. I checked the date listed above 10/7 - no report was issued for a bedbug infestation. I think people should be held accountable for the lies they spread. Bedbugs are not born in a hotel. They are brought in by travelers. Here at Mohegan Sun, we take any bug as a serious issue. We are the cleanest hotel/casino your going to find anywhere. So come and Enjoy!!! Some people will say anything to try and get a free room

I was awakened by my wife on a Saturday night there are bugs in our bed.So we called the hotel front desk ,they sent up staff to help us .when the staff arrived they said to us we are going to put you in a new room,this one is infested.So we moved to a new room and the staff would not tell us what we were exposed to.
so here we are on Monday with no answers still.We are a regular player here and being treated like a law suit waiting to happen.

spent a weekend at Mohegan Sun in CT, came home with a little rash on wife (looked like little bites) then I started developing it. Went to the Dr and it turned out to be BED BUGS! Wife was mortified and had to throw out her mattress at home b/c it was infested, had the place bombed 4 times and had to move out for a couple of weeks. The Dr. told us that they probably brought them home from Mohegan Sun. Other cases there as well!!! Could you imagine???
