Stayed for two nights and woke up each morning with bites 2 on my shoulder the first night and one on my arm the second night. Reported to hotel I woke up with bites they did nothing. Came home brought bedbugs with me, confirmed bedbugs with exterminator and had to pay $400 to get rid of them. Attempted calling the hotel x5, initial call returned blaming me for bedbugs, never received refund on room or any additional call back.

Apartment infested with bed bugs from date moved in June 1, until I physically saw them on Nov. 29. Suffered numerous bites, rashes, swelling and horrific reactions. Had paid December's rent, but moved out on the 29th. Complex only refunded deposit and pet fee minus December rent and 4 days of January rent and charged $40 to clean apartment. Unbelievable. This place is totally inhabitable.

Back in april I discovered I had bedbugs. I am not sure if I got them from a mattress I brought into my home from my ex husbands house, because I had the mattress in the home for a few months. Also the apartment on the top floors resident had moved out around the time I noticed the bugs. They had litteraly thrown away everything, couches entertainment center, dressers. Also int he next building over I noticed another resident moving many months later and same thing throwing everything away. My apartment manager sent in the pest control company who sprayed and treated every two weeks for two months. I had been free and clear, until a few weeks ago I had slept in my kids room and woke up from being bitten. I called the management the next day and they had the pest control come in and they confirmed I was infested again. Blaming me, tho I have done everything to prevent this from occurring again. Including not allowing visitors. I requested for a new treatment option and company. They had sent in a heating company to take care of the problem. And almost a week later I found another healthy adult. The bugblaster company is coming in this week to look at all units before retreatment.
