This hotel rented a room that had not been occupied or cleaned in months. Before getting into bed we checked the mattress and found a bed bug infestation. The DM only offered to change the bedding. I am confident that no further action was taken to clear the bugs as he has a quota to meet no matter what according to Mac (DM of this location).
