Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

5/30-6/1. I saw a bug in the room that I suspected was a bed bug. I had bites appear on the morning of 6/1. I got an inspection of my home and luggage on 6/5 and it was confirmed that they were in my luggage. GM was very rude and was unwilling to refund my stay because I received a refund while at the hotel due to blinds in the room completely broken (we were given packaging tape to tape them up ourselves) and lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the room. She stated I should have reported it while I was there, however, has no background knowledge or education on how those operate.
