Dates of stay: September 12-14th, 2025 Showed the front desk who confirmed receipt of the bugs. Moved our room to another floor because it was 10pm at night and we were 8 hours from home. Requested full refund for both nights multiple times over the last two weeks because we had to cancel part of our trip and activities, spend days inspecting our items before we left and when we arrived home & purchased a steamer. Management is denying there were bedbugs despite the photographic proof & confirmation from front desk.
