Stayed at the Kingman Hampton Inn from July 19 to the 24th. My daughter's reported bites. I checked seams of mattresses and could not find anything. Then they told me they saw bugs on the bed, I checked in different parts of the bed and again nothing. Last night, July 23, I checked the box cover by the headboard and they there were. Adult and small bed bugs, meaning they have been there for a while. When I spoke to Assistant manager, Becky and showed her the the video i took, all she said was "I am sorry about that, I hope this doesn't not impede you from staying with us again" and that was it. I had to throw away backpacks and personal items just to be safe and of course my daughter's have itchy bites all over they bodies.

Adult and small bed bugs, meaning they have been there for a while. Solution: they said they were sorry and there is nothing they can do about it per policy.
