Checked in the hotel in June 2026 for five nights in room 925. The suite had two queen beds. I slept on one and my daughter slept on the other. I didn’t notice a couple bites until after the second night. And then by the end of the fifth night, I had several bites all over my body. We had inspected the mattresses and could not find any bedbugs, but it could’ve been an early investigation and they were hiding in crevices or cracks. The beds did not have any casings. By the time I got back home, I had over 80 bites all over my body, and I had to go to the doctor to prevent infection. It was localized only one bed from what I can tell or my daughter is not allergic. I called the hotel manager as soon as we got back home to let her know that the room was infested with bedbugs.
