Date was 8/2/17. Found 3 bed bugs in bed. Reported to management and they didn't seem to be phased by it at all. They did apologize but didn't seem to come from true concern. Very disgusted!!...
Checked in to the hotel evening 7/18/21. On the next day found multiple bites on my right hand and back, which were red and extremely itching. I have pictures of my hand and back.
