This is a nice Motel - I stayed in a room for a few days and complained to the front desk that I had bugs in my room. They changed my room and all was fine until I got home. This is when I found out my first room was infested with bed bugs and they followed me home. The motel did not claim responsibility, even though on the phone they admitted they had a problem and it cost me over $800 to exterminate my house. Their customer service is great while you're under their roof; however, I'll never go back based on the follow-up customer service and failure to take responsibility.
