My brother and I stayed in room 105. This location is close to Tomball Regional Hospital. My sister had her baby on 2/29/2012 and we came from out of town. Super 8 had a good price with military discount for my brother. We were woken up at 5:30am to news my sis was in ICU so we jumped up and packed our stuff so we could check out and rush to the hospital. As I was grabbing my phone charger, I glanced at my pillow case and saw 3 bed bugs crawling of the pillow my head was on...

We took it to the front office and got an immediate refund...but we then had to go to Walmart and each of us got 1 outfit and hefty trash bags to bag everything up. Total $51.55...I called and asked for reimbursement for clothes I had to buy that I shouldn't have had to buy and the manager told me he couldn't do that because he doesn't know that the bugs were there BEFORE we were there....saying that I brought the bugs in.

Complaint filed with Super 8 corporate office, county health department and the state health department.
