Stayed 9/10/11 My 3 yr old son had 35-40 bites covering his face,neck,arms,stomach,back,ankles. I saw a bug on the pillow in the morning. Hotel staff shows NO concern.

8/25/11 I woke up to red itchy bites all over My legs,back and arms.After spending the night in your hotel.You have bed bug in the room.I work for Con-way trucking.My # is 423-276-9087.I will also report this to the department of health!
