Woke up at 3:30am with a bed bug crawling across the sheet about 3" from my face. Left immediately and threw away both of our bags on the way out. Trying to get a refund but they have not responded to calls or emails yet.

I woke up to find a bed bug crawling across me in this hotel on Saturday. Oct. 8, 2011. The manager will not call me back and they have not yet offered a refund. We left at 4 in the morning an had to discard several items that may have been contaminated. I am emailing photos.
