Stayed at this hotel for a year. In the last few months of staying there, hotel was having a serious issue in controlling bed bugs. Management knew the problem and did have pest control come in to spray, but then would not wait the approriate time length before renting the rooms right back out. Many people were bitten. Would not recommend to stay here as management does not care if guests are bitten.

Checked in at 9:33 - took 20 mins to get settled into room. Bugs started coming out even with the lights still on. Figured out what they were by the time we spotted #4. Found several in the bathroom area also. Checked out at 11:08. We were told that managment would be informed and that maint dept had already been instructed to strip and spray room. After we got home, did research on the net. Confirmed they were bed bugs and most of them were in the adult stage. Called Choice Privileges Customer Services to report the incident. They put me on hold to call the hotel. Manager said he had not been informed of the incident (huh?). But, it was obvious from the state of the property and our "close encounter" that the management/owner does not care and/or is not taking measures to try to control the problem. Now the waiting game is on to see if we brought them home with us. BTW: I wouldn't recommend this hotel even if it didn't have bed bugs...

Lived there for 7 months, my husband, son and I were eaten alive for most of that time. After about 3 weeks of staying there, we figured out what it was, informed management. They sent in the maintenance person who sprayed. It seemed to go away for a short time, but came back with a vengeance. Management gave us bottles of alcohol, but it was another 4 months before they actually treated the room. The first night back in the room after treatment, my husband found live bugs under the table. My husband's feet and legs are permanently scarred, and still has marks on his arms from the itching. I still suffer from the "heebie jeebies" feeling like something's crawling on me all the time.

Woke up at 2:30 AM with an itchy arm and discovered 3 fresh bites. Alerted the front desk, was given a full refund and moved to another hotel. They indicated they had performed "preventative bed bug treatment" -- whatever that means -- but said they were unaware of any issues.

Came back to my room at 3 AM and found a live bed bug crawling up the wall near the headboard. I did not see evidence of bug feces on the mattress or boxspring -- but was unable to look behind the headboard as it was fastened to the wall.

BEWARE they have bed bugs in this hotel. I pulled the mattress back, and the hotel had a mattress cover on the mattress and you could see the bed bugs gathered along the seams of the mattress.

This is a transitional housing program. The entire hall I live on is infested with bed bugs, as well as the TV room and several other residential rooms. The rooms have been sprayed twice. My arms are almost completely covered with bites. My ankles and feet are also covered. Other residents also have multiple bites. Nothing the staff here does is really helping.

Stayed 3 nights. Got bit 2 nights. My wife especially got multiple bites behind her neck, and below chin. We couldn't even sleep the third night, for fear of getting bit again. It ruined the wedding my wife was supposed to attend. The manager only reimbursed half of our stay. Very bad experience.

Apartment management company is spraying for bed bugs but only if requested by the tenant. My elderly aunt lives here and it is a bad environment especially since the management refuses to verify the bed bugs even exist for fear that the renters will move out.

4-6-2011 I checked in for a 3 day stay.That night I itched and slept with the light on.On 4-7-2011 the power to the hotel was out for 24 hours.I woke up with bites on my legs and blood on the sheets.I took pictures and complained to management.They moved me to another floor and that night I found a bedbug killed it and took it to the management.The next day the manager said I must have brought them in that they did not have bedbugs.The manager on duty the night before said the matresses had plastic on them.They did not.They offered no applologies and I went home with bites all over my legs,back, and torso.Guests were not even informed when the power returned in service the next morning and I missed most of my meeting that day. I told them I wouldn't be back and they seemed not to care. Both rooms had no liners in the trash cans and the showers were yellow with scum.Never stay in this hotel!They are infested and refuse to believe it.The lady manager on check out day acted like I was lying even after I told her I brought a bedbug I had killed to the night staff.I checked the internet and I am sure this is what it was.I hope that my company,TVA, never uses them again.They do not care and will not listen to any complaints.

I was moved twice from one room to another because I have two service dogs and fed regs say we don't pay for them. So I was made to move to room 343. That night I was bitten several times and looked down to find a bed bug on my sheets. When I pulled of the sheets there were several full grown. I made him return my money and he has done nothing to fix to problem.
