We booked on line and when we arrived were given a non smoking room that smelled of smoke. After quite an argument with the management we were given a different room, this time it smelled like disinfection and there was a large stain on the bedspread with a cigeratte burn to the stain. We sat on the couch for a few minutes discussing our options and I noticed I started to itch. Three bites appeared on my right arm but I did not see the bed bugs. They are bed bug bites and still are not healed after three weeks. We quickly left the Quality Inn and did not return. Luckily for us we had not taken our luggage into the room. We did not bother with discussing with the manager as he was very rude to us over the smokie smelling room.
