Called manager to report the bugs and he was very defensive and said I had no proof. He actually raised his voice with me and hung up on me. I did find a bug and I do have bites all over my arms, neck and face that eventually needed medical attention.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in Jul 2011 during a move. While sleeping I felt something crawling on me but I shrugged it of as an ant or something harmless. The following morning, my husband found two bedbugs under his sheet. When we checked under the mattress and the boxspring of my son's bed it was infested. We notified the hotel manager and she tried to act as if We brought the bugs there overnight. A day later my son and I are covered with red swollen bites.
