We stayed there 3 nights in March, 2012. I came home with bites. The doctor put me on sterod cream. We brought them home and are not getting the heat treatment. Total cost? $2500.00!

Don't know where they came from, never recieved a complaint from old residents. We have followed pest control guidelines since they are the experts and the problems has been taken care of. The residents still live in the apartment.

Moved into a townhouse on 8/15/10 from another apartment in the complex (where we had no problem with bed bugs). Had bites within the first week of living in the townhouse. We have found bugs and spots (waste/blood) along the cracks at the top of the walls, inside and around plug outlets/boxes and around windowsills. No bugs in our belongings and treatments arranged by complex have been minimal and ineffective. This has been going on for almost six months and there has been no improvement. It started in the master bedroom and after the first couple treatments, the bugs started moving into the two other bedrooms as well.
