We found a bed bug when we threw the sheets back after having slept there all night. Luckily we put all of our non-hanging baggage either on the luggage rack or on the table tops. We were refunded both nights, but the clerk seemed unsurprised.

Room Number: 224, 231, & 3 other rooms i cant remember numbers
Our family was going on a vacation and this was about halfway, so we stopped here. We stayes here 2 years ago when we went on the same vacation (we go pretty often). Anyway, my aunt pulled back to covers to lay down & there it was, a bed bug. When she came to my room to show my mom, there was one on my cousins towel. We found many throughout our 5 rooms that we rented. We caught a few in a bag & we took them down to management and they said it was the first report of them...i laughed. Because i found this other website before we went, but it was too late to cancel, & i had found 2 other reports from this hotel. My other aunt has tried calling the health departments down there, they just give her the run around. This is just ashame.

I've stayed here several weeks over the past few months. During last stay I found bed bugs in my room. They moved me to another room only to find that room infested as well. They refunded my money. I'm reporting this every where I can. I have reported this through their customer survey as well as through their website.

I rented room 223 on 5/8/2011 and when i pulled the covers back to lay down I immediately found 3 bedbugs. I took them down to the front desk and she put me in the next room over 224. before I moved in I pulled the bedsheets off and found 2 more in that room. I work out of town and have been getting these bites all over my arms and back for the past couple weeks and when I complain to management the act dumfounded like I am the only person who has complained about them.

I rented room 206 at this hotel on Friday 10/1/2010 and it was INFESTED with bed bugs. I called management up to the room and showed them the bugs.. so they KNOW!!! But the room is still being rented! This is NOT RIGHT! I requested my money back and they said they'd send it in the mail and i have not yet received it!!!
