On Saturday, September 3, woke up and saw a bed bug crawling on the sheets in the bed. We reported it to the hotel staff and canceled our reservation for Saturday night. We were told our money could not be reimbursed because we booked our room through priceline.

Stayed at great wolf Lodge for 3 days, 2 nights, Rm 3089, do not notice anything until my son noticed one on his bed after we returned from GWL, The only place we stayed was GWL, after looking closer, my wife did find several in the clothing I took there but, never wore, we have our house checked for any type of bugs in May 2011 and nothing was found by the pest control company? Notified GWL the same day we found them.

On 7-2-2011 sitting in bed in room 4066 at approx 1am and felt a sting or something o n my leg, pulled covers back to see bug crawling on sheet. Started looking closely and saw MANY bugs around and on the bed, called front desk, they sent up security. Security took a cup with several bugs as evidence, we garbage bagged our belongings and LEFT! We told them we wanted this reported to the health dept. They had an incident report filed.

My granddaughter stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge for two nights on June 22 and 23, 2011 with her youth group. A few days later, she found a bed bug on her pillow while making her bed. We were horrified! We have never had bed bugs before, or even seen one!

After enjoying a wonderful weekend at the spa and water park with two of my girlfriends I received a phone call this morning June 13th that my friend had bite marks all over her neck, arms and legs. On her back the pest control employee said she has a "V" formation indicating that more than one bug was in the bed. We did not take bed bugs with us but we surely did come home victimized. I don't know what the end result is at this point however I will be contacting the manger again by the end of the week for a resolution if I've not gotten a phone call back. I'll just stay home and do day trips since bed bugs are so common and necessary precautions don't seem to be happening especially seeing that this report happened a month ago.

MY GRANDDAUGHTER STAYED AT GREAT WOLF LODGE IN MASON ON MAY THE 7TH WITH SEVERAL GIRLS AND A MOM FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY. MY GRANDDAUGHTER WENT TO BED AND THE GIRLS SAW A BUG CRAWLING AROUND HER HEAD. THEY ALL SCREAMED AND SHE JUMPED UP AND THERE HAD TO BE A LEAST 50 BUGS IN THE BED WITH HER GETTING READY FOR A FEAST. AND WHEN REPORTED TO THE FRONT DESK, THEY WERE TOLD HOW DO WE KNOW YOU DIDN'T BRING THEM HERE. THE MOM TOLD THEM SHE WOULD HAVE TO BROUGHT ANOTHER SUITCASE. I RECCOMEND YOU CHECK YOUR ROOM GOOD IF YOU CHOSE TO STAY HERE.
