Wife and I woke up itching at 4 in the morning, only to turn on the light over the bed and find a number of bed bugs crawling around inside the pillow case and on the bed. Was not a great experience. It's still pending whether or not we'll get a refund after leaving the hotel in the middle of the night.

Stayed one night for a church council/conference and my mother woke up the next morning with bites. We even checked the beds as soon as we got in, but found no evidence of bed bugs, not even after we woke up to her bites. However she had about 8-9 bites. We informed the front desk. They said the person next door had complained as well. They were very polite about refunding our room.
