FOUND BEDBUGS IN APT. ON 5/2/12, AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNTIL 5/8/12.THERE EXCUSE WAS THAT THEIR EXTERMINATERS ONLY DO INSPECTIONS ON TUESDAYS I HAVENT BEEN BACK SINCE. WE ALL HAVE BEEN EATIN ALIVE AND SO HAVE A COUPLE OF MY GUEST.

Woke up in the morning and found one crawling on the bed. I captured it in a hotel glass and brought it down to the front desk and checked out immediately. The clerk promised a refund for the night, but would have to wait for a manager to show up to perform it. No apparent bites... yet.

just moved in and no for a fact i do not have bed bugs and my wife found one crawling from behind frig onto counter,i pulled the frig out and big piece of base missing and i think they are traveling thru there fromm somewhere.searched my apt high and low after incident and i dont have bugs.so they are here and they travel from apt to apt.i still have yet to tell landlord but wanted the public to know first!!

tall timber apts in sharonville ohio is infested with bed bugs in every building. At one time their were 7 mattress at dumpster and several couches. Managment is lying to new residents claiming they dont have bed bugs and they very well do. Even charging 120 dollars for several residents to cover their bed before exterminall comes to "treat" for them. Very nasty apartments! do not move here!!!!

Bedbugs seem to be taking over this place. Apartment complex will spray when you put up a fight, but try to make you pay for it. They only spray the infested apartment but obviously they are spreading, and with this being a common hall apartment building then preventative measures should be taken. I have seen many matteress by the dumpsters. All apartment employees are hush hush about the bedbugs, it's not something that should be kept quiet

My husband and I stayed in the Cincinnati Hilton March 2011 several months later we realized that we had bed bugs...our house is very clean and we never stay anywhere and havent bought any new or used furniture...so the only place that they could have came from was this hotel...the hotel itself brings in many guests from all over so its no wonder that they would carry them...when I sent an email about it they never bothered to respond

We lived here from 12/10 to 10-11. My husband started getting bites about a month after we moved in. They had taken over the mattress. The apt said they were just carpet beetles and did not treat for months. Finally, I caught one and they came back and found their "tracks" on the ceiling. The apartment treated, but they did not go away. We moved out and heat-treated our moving truck...BB free for almost a year now! So glad to be out of there!!

My wife has worked for the hampton inn in eastgate for a few months now and has noticed bed bugs on several occasions. She has told her managers and they have shut down a few rooms and bombed them but it hasnt gotten rid of all the bugs. She saw another one today in an occupied room. She told her managers again and they told her to keep quiet because there was nothing they could do about it. I don't think they should be letting people stay in rooms that have bed bugs so that they can take them home with them. We have already had bed bugs in our own home from them and tried to bomb them. It doesn't work... Please Please Please address this concerning issue. Thank you very much.

My apartment became infested from a neighbor. Since then I have taken notice of an unusual amount of mattresses being thrown out. Management isn't productive due to the "hush-hush" attitude they have. They need to treat whole units not single apartments. They also try to make you pay for the treatment. Not gonna happen!

I checked in on 11/19/10. Bed bugs were crawling on the underside of the dust ruffle. The box springs were covered with black dots (bed bugs waste product). I was in room 430. I was in the room less than 10 minutes since I check beds first thing.

Rm 606 Nov 9th found small bed bug crawling on the bed sheet and one larger one in a groove on the wall. Promptly packet up and checked out. There were no tale tale signs when I checked the mattress and mattress seams for bugs or signs they had been there.

Bed bugs have been in apartment since move in. Apartment only began treating them now. This complex requires a lot of proof before they will treat - so don't throw your mattress out until they inspect.

the morning of 10/10/10 i woke up to many bites and noticed a small bed bug crawling on the bed i was only offered a refund for one night and new bedding like that would solve the issue. Will never stay here again it's not about the money but instead the lack of the hotel showing real concern.
