Children bit at least 12 times each and my wife as well. We pulled the sheets down in the morning and there were blood smears on the mattress. We took two of the bugs we found in a plastic cup to the front desk and because we paid in cash for our stay refused to reimburse us for our stay. There was no manager there even though it was a weekend in peak tourist season. Nor could one be reached. HOWEVER, when I watched the number they were dialing for their manager they were calling the fax line printed on their business card!
